MACHINE FEATURES
A. Operating speed: 150-230 cycles per minute . Capable of die-cutting, creasing and embossing for various shapes.
B. Paper conveyed by servo motor for stable, accurate feeding; photoelectric sensors detect printed color marks to ensure precise paper positioning.
C. Electrical control system adopts PLC and HMI, with safety devices enabling acousto-optical alarm and automatic shutdown in case of faults.
D. Worm gear transmission system ensures strong, stable pressure; pressure adjustment via HMI is convenient and accurate.
E. Oil circulation lubrication system with oil shortage alarm, ensuring smooth operation and extending machine service life.
F. Die-cutting frame uses pneumatic locking for easy operation; Taiwan-sourced die-cutting lower steel plate offers high precision and long durability.
G. Equipped with electrically controlled pneumatic clutch to protect the machine during startup and emergency stop; the flywheel provides a clutch mounting position and enhances pressure.
