MACHINE FEATURES
A. Preheating for cup body sealing. Suit for strong paper or double PE coated paper.
B. Main parts and electrical appliances we all use the imported.Like Delta, Panasonic
C. The machine adopts open cam type structure, high precision, large out-put and long life.
D. Longitudinal axis gear drive. This make up the chain drive jitter and instability's weakness.
E. Whole machine is box type structures design, filling oil by spray lubrication system So that it can run fast and stably.
F. Hot air device is equipped for cup body and bottom sealing, paper blank is heated at first before feeding,thus improving sealing effect.
G. Curling:there are two steps of curling.first one is rotating curling , second one is heating stereotypes , which improves the forming strength of paper cup, cup mouth beauty and paper cup size stability
H. Machine is with aluminum and fine treatment mould
