C. Adopts ceramic mesh distributor roller (durable, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant) with applicable doctor blades—reduces replacement frequency to boost production efficiency.
D. Printing units support 360° registration; each unit can be independently engaged or disengaged to ensure continuous printing.
E. Each printing unit is equipped with a set of infrared dryers.
F. Roofing device is equipped with a set of infrared dryers.
G. Inking rollers automatically lift when the machine stops and run at low speed during transfer to prevent ink from drying and solidifying.
